2024 Reaffirmation of Accreditation

WSCUC Reaffirmation

UC Berkeley will have its institutional accreditation reviewed in 2024 under the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) guidelines for a Thematic Pathway for Reaffirmation (TPR). The TPR is an alternate pathway for reaffirmation of accreditation that allows Berkeley to demonstrate compliance with the WSCUC Standards of Accreditation in a streamlined manner. This is a process that is afforded to institutions with a demonstrated history of healthy fiscal conditions, strong student achievement indicators, and sustained quality of performance.

The theme that UC Berkeley will investigate during this review process is: Promoting Student Success Through Discovery and Engagement.
