Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education Oliver O’Reilly invites UC Berkeley faculty to a special session on instructional updates.
The Fall 2024 Instructional Update will take place on Wednesday, August 21, 9-10 a.m. via Zoom. The event will feature presentations on emerging issues, resources, and updates from Undergraduate Education, the Graduate Division, Academic Senate, Research, Teaching, and Learning, and Disabled Students' Program. Presenters include:
- Amani Nuru-Jeter, Incoming Chair of the Berkeley Academic Senate
- Carmen Varela, Executive Director, Disabled Students' Program
- Erfan Mojaddam, Deputy Chief Academic Technology Officer and Director of Learning Technologies and Spaces
- Jenae Cohn, Executive Director, Center for Teaching and Learning
- Lisa García Bedolla, Vice Provost For Graduate Studies and Dean of the Graduate Division
- Oliver O'Reilly, Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education
To participate, please register by 12 p.m. Monday, August 19. A Zoom link and other details will be shared with registrants prior to the event. Faculty are welcome to invite graduate student instructors, advisors, and academic staff who may benefit from attending.
